Twin screw extrusion is used extensively for mixing, compounding, or reacting polymeric materials. The flexibility of twin screw extrusion equipment allows this operation to be designed specifically for the formulation being processed. For example, the two screws may be corotating or counterrotating, intermeshing or nonintermeshing.
What we produce is the co-rotating twin screw extruder, the screws intermeshing to achieve particular characteristic.
Whar is water strand pelletizing extruder?
Strand pelletizing (cold cut): Melt coming from a die head is converted into strands that are cut into pellets after cooling and solidification.

Our extrusion machine are widely used in producing variety of plastic pellet like PP PE PET ABS PVC etc;
WPC material is composite from wooden component (including wooden powder, paddy powder, bamboo powder etc) and thermoplastic (mainly recycled material).
It combine replacement of nature wood in packing ,furniture and architecture field.
Intensified Compounds: PP/PA/PBT/ABS/AS/PC/POM/PPS/ET + glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc;
Filling Masterbatch: PE/PP /EVA + Caco3, Talc, Tio2, Carbon black, etc;
Color masterbartch: PE/ABS/PS/EVA/PET/PP+ pigment, etc;
Other materials : TPR/TPE/TPU/EVA/PVC
Various Cables: HDPE/LDPE/LLPE/EVA/ PVC/PP etc.
2. Features
The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment, which is possessed with high corrosion-resistat and high functions
Euro-style rectangle barrl, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
The material is used high quality nitrided steel, corrosion proof or antifriction with correspounding process.
Various metering feeders --- single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced-feeding, side- feeding
New-style project of parallel three-axises driving makes the conve axis, convey
Chain, decelerate and torque get together, which keep it compact, and the key bearings are imported
Soakage and spraying lubriation integrate smoothly
Technics, strengthening of tooth face, so they can ensure high torque, high precision and low noise
